Burrata is a typical cheese from the South of Italy, Apulia in particular. It is artisanal (handmade), with an outer mozzarella skin filled with cream and strips of mozzarella (stracciatella). Made with a recipe that utilizes only natural whey (sieroinnesto) to ensure a rich and traditional taste.
